How to Fix the Vibrating Dashboard on a Nissan Qashqai J11

In this video, learn how to fix the vibrating dashboard on a Nissan Qashqai J11. First, remove the pillar covers by lowering the seal and then pulling from the inside towards you, possibly using pliers. Next, use plastic trim tools to lever at the front part of the dashboard (the part in contact with the windscreen) to remove it. Be careful as there is a sensor in the centre that needs to be removed. Our YouTuber placed adhesive window seal along this part to prevent vibrations, and it works very well. The tweeters also vibrate, so it is advisable to secure them with some silicone. If you do not want to disassemble everything, our friend suggests wedging a rubber seal between the part of the dashboard in contact with the glass and the glass itself. This is a job you can do without removing anything and will still achieve a good result. If you have removed the grille, it is wise to check the screws underneath to ensure they do not vibrate. Optionally, you can place rubber seal pieces under the grille as well. Now, reassemble everything, confident that there will be no more vibrations.
