If you have installed a child seat on the front passenger seat, you must deactivate the corresponding airbag because if it deploys, it could cause injury to the child. To deactivate it, open the passenger door, and on the side of the dashboard, you will find the airbag switch.

Take the car remote, activate the key and insert it into the switch, then move the indication from 'on' to 'off'. A warning light on the dashboard will indicate that the airbag is deactivated. To reactivate the airbag, return the switch to 'on'.
