Operation: How to remove the Map sensor on an Opel Astra

How do you remove the Map sensor on an Opel Astra? We lift the front hood and put it in safety with the rod placed in the engine compartment; detach the sensor power supply clamp (placed next to the air hose coupling) with pliers remove the valve from its seat (unscrew the locking pins if present). After comparing the damaged valve with the new one: mount it next to the ventilation sleeve located in the engine compartment. We close the front hood at the end of assembly and test the correct functioning of the Map sensor by starting the car with the appropriate key.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
