How to check the oil on an Opel Adam

In this video, we will see how to check the engine oil on an Opel Adam: first, we need to make sure we are on level ground, and then the engine must be off for at least five minutes. We open the hood and pull out the yellow ring located at the base of the engine block, to which the oil dipstick is attached. We clean the dipstick with a paper towel and then put it back in place. We pull it out again and check that the level is between the "min" and "max" marks. Ideally, it should be close to the latter, but never exceed it. If the level is near the minimum, we add oil of the quality specified in the owner's manual, checking the level again after topping it up.
