How to remove the EGR valve on an Opel Corsa? Lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Then, use a screwdriver to unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe and remove the engine soundproofing panel. Unscrew the fastening pins of the EGR valve (as shown in the video). Once the part is removed from its seat, unscrew the screws on it with a screwdriver. Start cleaning the valve using a suitable product for cleaning mechanical parts, and use a brush to assist in the process. Refit everything after cleaning.
