When electrical faults occur in the Opel Astra, it is important to check the condition of the fuses. The Opel Astra has two fuse boxes installed.

The first box is located under the front bonnet and is responsible for the electronics related to the starter motor, fuel pump, and so on. The second box is located inside the cabin behind the driver’s glove compartment and handles the electronics related to the cabin, such as the fuse for the lights and the cigarette lighter socket.
