How to Remove the Throttle Body on an Opel Vectra

Model: Vauxhall Vectra Vectra B, MK 2 - Years 1995-2002

Start by depressurising the fuel system which contains fuel under pressure. After that, you can begin disassembly starting from the intake air hose. To remove the throttle body, you will need to disconnect the electrical connector on the ECU cable, four pipes located on the side facing the cabin, taking care not to damage them during the process. Then, simply unscrew the four screws on the upper side that secure the entire body to the engine intake. At this point, you can proceed with a thorough inspection and assess whether to replace or deeply clean the part.
