Vauxhall Vectra - Video tutorial

Model: Vauxhall Vectra MK 3, Vectra C - Years 2002-2008
Part: Bodywork
Operation: Water infiltration in the passenger compartment

If you happen to find the mats and carpets of your Opel Astra soaked in water, it is possible that there are leaks from the door seals and that some drips have been plugged. What certainly needs to be checked is the one under the cabin filter seat, ie in the engine compartment, just below the windscreen. Once the bonnet has been opened and the rear gasket removed, it is possible to lift the plastic cover that protects the passenger compartment filter: at the bottom of the body there is the rubber that acts as a drip; if it becomes clogged, the water rises and, through the filter housing, ends up in the passenger compartment: a good solution can be to remove it permanently. It is recommended to let the carpet dry perfectly to avoid bad smells.

How to reset the oil service in the Fiat Toro?

In this tutorial we can see how to reset the oil service in the Fiat Toro. Before carrying out this simple and quick operation, make sure that you have completed any required maintenance work. We start by inserting the key but leaving it in the initial position, after which we keep the accelerator pedal fully depressed and at the same time turn on the instrument panel. At this point, always keeping the accelerator pressed, press the brake pedal 5 consecutive times and, with the pedals in position, turn off the ignition. We check that the procedure has been successful by starting the vehicle.
