- Years 2006-2014 Place a tray of suitable capacity under the oil sump and with a 45 mm torx wrench unscrew the drain plug located in the rear part of the sump itself: to facilitate draining, unscrew the engine oil filler cap and extract the 'level dipstick. Once the oil has been drained, screw the cap back on. Then proceed with the replacement of the oil filter: it is a cartridge filter and the container is positioned near the coolant tank. With a 25 mm ball wrench, unscrew the cap of the oil filter container and extract the old cartridge; replace it with the new one, also applying the new O-rings present in the packaging of the new filter, sprinkle them with oil and reassemble. Finally fill the engine with new oil according to the quantities and SAE specifications indicated in the use and maintenance manual.
