Do we have problems with the functioning of the ABS? Let's see where to find the part and how to disassemble it on the Opel-branded Astra. We lift the engine compartment, then disconnect the battery terminals: we disassemble the battery and remove it. We disassemble the battery holder, unscrew the pins that tighten the ABS piece with a socket wrench, unscrew all the locking pins. Once the disassembly is finished, we can remove the damaged piece from inside the engine compartment. Now we take the new replacement piece and insert it into the suitable housing, screw the locking pins, then, tighten the pins and connect the electrical terminals. We mount the battery with its container.
