In this guide, you will find step-by-step instructions to remove and replace the clutch pack and its discs on an Opel Astra J 1.4 VVT. First, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels; then proceed to extract the driveshaft by disconnecting the braking system (removing the pin from the wishbone). At this point, disconnect the battery, removing it along with the battery tray; unbolt the engine mount located underneath, keeping it supported with a jack. Now unscrew the bolts of the gearbox casing to remove the clutch, following the video to the end for complete disassembly!
