Dismantling the EGR Valve on an Opel Astra J 1.7 CDTi

In this video tutorial, you will see how to dismantle the EGR valve of an Opel Astra J 1.7 CDTi. First, open the bonnet and locate the EGR valve by removing the engine cover; then unscrew the fixing bolts using a socket spanner and disconnect the electrical connector. Once removed, unscrew the additional fixing screws of the duct to clean it as well; follow the video to the end for cleaning and dismantling the valve itself and, of course, for reassembly!
