In this video tutorial we will follow some useful tips that will allow us to disassemble the timing chain of an Opel Mokka 1.6 CDTi. First of all we lift the car and go to remove the front wheels, removing the left front axle shaft: our timing chain is located on the left on the gearbox side. At this point we remove the auxiliary belt and disassemble the pulleys in order to access the distribution side; then we identify all the reference marks that we find on the pulley and on the chain, before removing and replacing the timing chain.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
