Removing the Heating Radiator on Opel Vectra

Model: Vauxhall Vectra Vectra B, MK 2 - Years 1995-2002
Part: Heater core

Remove the plastic under the handbrake by unscrewing the screws. Once done, you will uncover two Torx screws that secure the gear surround: unscrew them and remove the plastic, disconnecting the various connectors. Use a small flat screwdriver or a wedge to detach the plastics related to the glove box and the cigarette lighter (disconnect the connector). Disconnect the ducts leading to the air vents and the plastic under the glove compartment that leads to the centre tunnel. Drain the system of any fluid into a container, then unscrew the bolts securing the radiator and remove it.
