If it is necessary to replace the support of the front shock absorbers, the appropriate clamps must be available to squeeze the springs during replacement; then lift the car on the bridge and remove the front wheel; release the shock absorber from the brake fluid pipe, the speed sensor and the connecting rod; then unscrew the two pins that secure the shock absorber to the hub support and access the engine compartment to release the two plastic jaws that secure the shock absorber to the bodywork dome and extract it from its seat; apply the clamps to the spring, remove the cap and unscrew the nut that secures the support to the shock absorber stem to remove the old one and insert the new one and then proceed backwards for installation.
