How do you replace the timing belt of the Opel Mokka?

Model: Vauxhall Mokka Mokka A - Years 2012-2019
Part: Timing belt

In order to replace the timing belt of the Opel Mokka, you need to completely remove the front bumper of the car and the fender located near the right front headlight. By unscrewing all the fixing screws and removing the pieces, it will be possible to have easier access to the side of the engine block where the pulleys and the corresponding belt are located. Then, by loosening the tensioner roller nut, it will be possible to reduce the tension and remove the belt completely. At this point, it will be necessary to align the pulleys so that the marks on the belt match those on the engine block and in turn with those on the pulleys. After installing the belt, it will be possible to reassemble all the previously removed components.
