How to reset the Service light on the Opel Antara?

Model: Vauxhall Antara MK 1 - Years 2006-2015

To reset the Service light on the Opel Antara, turn on the instrument cluster by turning the ignition key in the ignition switch while pressing the accelerator pedal. Once the cluster is on, press the accelerator pedal three times in quick succession, then switch off the instrument cluster again. Now you can turn it back on by turning the key to check that the Service light has been completely reset and has disappeared from the instrument cluster.
