- Years 2003-2010 The fuse box of the Opel Meriva, in the engine compartment, is located on the left side on the plastic partition under the windshield wipers, remove the cover by releasing the tabs to access the fuses; the fuse box in the passenger compartment is located on the left side of the steering wheel, under the headlight controls, remove the rectangular cover on the left side of the dashboard through the slot to access the fuses. To replace a fuse, locate it based on the faulty component, grip it with small pliers, remove it and check if the bridge inside it is intact, the fuse is working, otherwise if the bridge is broken the fuse needs to be replaced. Replace the fuse with one of the same amperage.
