How to Reset the Service Light on an Opel Astra?

To reset the Service light that appears on the instrument cluster of the Opel Astra, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the instrument cluster: once it is on, turn the dial located at the end of the lever on the left of the steering wheel.

When the mileage until the next service appears, press and hold the SET/CLR button on the same lever.

This will completely clear the Service light, and you can turn off the instrument cluster.
