The instructions provided in this guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the EGR valve of the Peugeot 308 1.6 HDi. Firstly, we open the hood of the car and begin to locate the EGR valve, located on the rear part of the engine block; then we proceed to unscrew its fixing screws, disconnecting it from the hoses and disconnecting the electrical connector, as shown in the video. At this point, we clean (using specific degreasing products) or replace the EGR valve, installing it correctly; we verify the correct ignition of the engine.
