How to replace the battery of the Peugeot 308

Replacing the battery of the Peugeot 308 is a simple and quick operation that can be done independently. Open the front hood and unscrew the screw on the bracket. Next, disconnect the negative connector terminal, using a flathead screwdriver; then disconnect the positive terminal connector. Unscrew the locking screws at the base of the battery and remove it from its housing. Insert a new battery into the housing. Connect the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal; secure the battery to the base with the screws and also attach the bracket to prevent the battery from moving. Once the installation is complete, start the vehicle to ensure that the battery is functioning correctly.
