How to Change the Clutch on a Peugeot 207

To replace the clutch on a Peugeot 207, position the vehicle on a flat surface and disconnect the battery. Safely lift the car and remove the front wheels to access the gearbox. Next, disconnect the supports, wiring, and drive shafts connected to the gearbox, then support the engine with an appropriate stand. At this point, unscrew the gearbox bolts and separate it from the engine to reach the clutch assembly. Remove the pressure plate and the worn clutch disc, checking the condition of the flywheel as well. Install the new clutch kit, centring the disc correctly with the appropriate tool. Reassemble the gearbox in the reverse order, reconnect all components, and check the proper operation of the pedal and gear engagement before using the vehicle.
