Removing the Steering Wheel and Airbag on a Peugeot 206

For safety, disconnect the battery. At the back of the steering wheel, there is a slot where you can work using a small flat-head screwdriver: by doing this, the visible part of the steering wheel, the one with the emblem, will come out of its seat. At this point, disconnect the two yellow connectors for the horn, one on each side, and the central one for the airbag. Done! At this point, you can remove the part of the steering wheel containing the airbag. Proceed in reverse for reassembly: connect the three connectors to the new part and position the wires so you can fit it back in place.
