- Years 2005-2010 In this video guide we will see the instructions on how to remove and replace the timing belt of a Peugeot 1007 1.6 E. First we lift the car and we go to remove the fixing clips of the right fender; to have more space, let's also remove the wheel. Then we go to remove our auxiliary belt, loosening the pretensioner with a wrench and removing it; then we will remove the pulley, unscrewing the bolts, in order to access the timing belt. At this point, let's mark the position of the pulley and replace it with the new one!
