Repairing the Clutch Pedal on a Peugeot 308

Model: Peugeot 308 T9, MK 2 - Years 2013-2021

First, remove the plastic cover above the pedal area and below the steering wheel by simply pulling it off as shown in the video. This will give you access to the three round clips that secure an additional panel: remove them with a small flat screwdriver and detach the second panel. Now that you have access to the pedal mechanism, remove the cap and lubricate the area connected to the pump. At this point, if you also have the issue of the pedal not returning, you can replace the small white clip (which costs very little, around £12). If this does not work, it is likely that you will need to replace the pedal pump.
