First remove the plastic placed above the pedal board and under the steering wheel, simply by pulling it by hand as shown in the video. In this way you will have access to the three round clips that hold a further bulkhead: remove them with a small flat screwdriver and disassemble the second bulkhead. Now that you have access to the pedal mechanism, remove the cap and lubricate the area connected to the pump. At this point, if you also have the problem of the pedal not returning, you can replace the small white stop (which costs very little, around 12 €). If that doesn't work it is easy for you to replace the pedal pump.
