How to Replace the Clutch on a Peugeot 208

The procedure for removing the clutch on a car is quite complex. Here are the main steps to follow, and refer to the video for assistance. First, disconnect the battery terminals and lift the car. Remove the front wheels and disconnect everything related to the transmission from the suspension arms. Start removing the gearbox by taking out all the pins that connect the bell housing to the engine block, having someone assist you to support its weight. Disconnect all connections from the gear lever of the gearbox. Then, remove the clutch disc and pressure plate by disconnecting them from the flywheel. Clean all parts thoroughly before proceeding to install the new clutch kit.
