To replace the instrument cluster bulbs in the Peugeot 306, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the plastics around the steering column: this will allow you to loosen the screws that hold the plastics around the instrument cluster. These can then be removed by unscrewing the underlying screws that secure the instrument cluster in its housing: the cluster can now be extracted and disconnected, pulling out the bulbs from its rear, replacing them with new ones, and reassembling everything.
