To replace the radiator on a Peugeot Boxer, open the bonnet to access the top of the grille: this will need to be removed by unscrewing its fixing screws. Once the grille is removed, you can access the screws that secure the radiator, which must also be loosened; disconnect all hoses and connectors attached to the radiator to remove it from its housing.

Finally, insert the new replacement part, refitting all previously removed components.
