How to Replace the EGR Valve on the Peugeot Boxer

To replace the EGR valve on the Peugeot Boxer, loosen the screws securing the front bumper at the front of the vehicle so that the bumper can be completely removed. After removing the bumper, perform the same operation with the grille to access the radiator. The radiator can be moved by loosening the screws that secure it to its rear support. Behind it, you will find the EGR valve, located between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold; by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the connectors, you can remove the old valve and replace it with a new one.
