Replacement of Suspension Wishbone Ball Joint

To carry out this repair, first gather the necessary tools, namely a fork puller to detach the wishbone eye from the ball joint and a socket spanner (a ball-ended spanner with teeth) to unscrew the ball joint from the hub support using a tube as a lever. Start by lifting the vehicle and removing the front wheel. Unscrew the nut securing the ball joint to the wishbone and use the fork puller to separate the two components. Then use the socket spanner and lever to unscrew the old ball joint and screw in the new one, securing it to the wishbone with a new nut.
