Activating the cruise control on the Peugeot 308 is a very simple procedure that can be carried out independently, thanks to our video tutorial. The first step is to install the speed control system.

Before installing the system, check that your vehicle supports it; open the box near the steering wheel and ensure there are three connections for the brake pedal and two for the clutch pedal. Once confirmed that the vehicle supports the system, connect the wires.

The second step is to remove the cover from the steering column to insert the lever. After connecting all the wires, use the diagnostic computer to install the system.

The third step involves connecting the car to the diagnostic computer via the OBD port and following the program instructions. Select configuration - vehicle configuration - driver assistance - cruise control.

Finally, disconnect the PC and start the car to check that the system is active and functioning.
