Open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay. On the left side of the engine block, locate the panel that protects the timing chain. Loosen the bolts securing the tensioner to reduce the tension on the chain, allowing you to remove it from its housing.

After removal, fit the new chain around the sprockets and reassemble all the parts you just took off.
