Resetting the Service Light on the Peugeot 308

When it's time to change the engine oil on the Peugeot 308, a spanner icon appears on the instrument panel. After changing the oil, you must reset the control system.

While seated in the driver's seat, press and hold the button marked "spanner/000" located at the bottom right of the central display. Turn on the ignition, and a countdown from ten to zero will start on the display.

Once it reaches zero, release the button and turn off the ignition. Start the engine and check that the spanner icon is no longer displayed.
