Using cruise control on the Peugeot 208 is a simple process that can make your journeys more comfortable. Here’s how to activate and use it. Activate cruise control: find the cruise control button, usually located on or near the steering wheel.

Set the speed: once you reach the desired speed, press the button at the end of the lever to set the cruise control. Your car will maintain this speed without you having to keep your foot on the accelerator.

Adjust the speed: if you want to change the speed while cruise control is active, use the “+” and “-” buttons on the lever to increase or decrease the set speed. Deactivate cruise control: you can deactivate cruise control by pressing the button at the end of the lever again or by using the brake pedal.

Pressing the clutch will also deactivate cruise control. Remember that to activate cruise control, you must be in a gear higher than third and travelling at a speed of at least 25 mph. Additionally, you can accelerate while cruise control is active, but if you press the clutch or brake pedal, the system will deactivate.
