How to replace the front brake disc on a Porsche 911? Let's see the disassembly of the pieces. We place our car on a column bridge; we lift to a comfortable height to intervene the car. We unscrew the wheel pins with a telescopic wrench (compressed air drill) and remove the rim, then we begin to unscrew the brake caliper pins by detaching it from the support. With a screwdriver we detach the brake pads. We remove the caliper support and unscrew the disc brake pins (torx insert screwdriver), pull the disc towards us with our hands. We assemble the brake disc with all the pins attached, we tighten the caliper support to the disc and the pads, then, we assemble the brake caliper, remembering to tighten all the pins well.
