Installing an Aux Input Adapter for the Car Radio

To install an Aux input on the factory car radio, you need to disassemble some elements of the dashboard to allow for the routing of the wiring. Start by removing the side panel at the bottom of the center console, where the 12V power outlet is located; continue by removing the side panels of the console and then the side mounting pins of the radio to extract it from its location; apply electrical tape to the wires of the previously removed side power outlet; connect the provided wiring to the outlet with the red and orange wires located behind the radio and reposition it in its place; remove the side panel of the dashboard and detach the end cover to access the glove compartment. At this point, remove the CD player and drill a hole in the glove compartment to pass the wiring and place the Aux input inside. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
