Door Panel Removal Instructions

Model: Porsche 911 996 - Years 1997-2005
Part: Door trim panel

To remove the door panel, start by taking off the triangular plastic cover located near the external rearview mirror and disconnect the adjustment control connector. Using a plastic trim tool, detach the cover of the internal handle, the courtesy light, and the side airbag cap. Then, remove the screws securing the panel and unclip the retaining clips along the edges, being careful not to break them or damage the edges of the panel itself. Once removed from its position, disconnect the lock cable and the airbag connector.
