How do you check the oil level of the Ram 1500?

Model: RAM 1500 BR, BE, MK 2 - Years 1994-2001
Part: Engine oil

To check the oil level of the Ram 1500, you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment. In the central part of it, next to the alternator, you will be able to locate the dipstick for checking the oil level: this must be pulled out, cleaned with a cloth, and reinserted into the tank. This way you can ensure that the oil level is between the minimum and maximum marks. If the level is below the minimum, you will need to add more oil through the vent located on the right side of the engine compartment.
