Replacement of the diesel filter of the Renault Trafic

In this video we can see how to proceed to replace the diesel filter of the Renault Trafic. We open the hood of the engine compartment, we will find the filter group on the passenger side wheel arch, we release it from its seat, we place a tray under the filter to collect the diesel that will come out of the filter container, with a torx key we unscrew the screw on the cover and separate the container where the filtering element is housed. We remove the old gasket and remove the old filter, insert the new one, put the new gasket, both on the edge of the filter and on the cover screw, reassemble the cover and lock it with its screw. Next to the filter we will find, protected by a plastic shell, a rubber pump. We loosen the bleed screw on the cover, operate the pump, after removing the protection, until all the air in the circuit comes out of the screw. We close the bleed screw, put the protection back on the pump and place the filter in its housing.
