How to change the battery of the Renault Trafic III

We can see in this video how to change the battery of a Renault Trafic version III; if we open the hood we will see the battery at the top right of the engine compartment. We will need to remove the two tabs that secure the battery support cover, in order to remove it. We will then unscrew the support bar with an 8mm socket wrench, equipped with an extension, then we can remove the second part of the battery cover; finally we can remove the bar. First, disconnect the negative terminal and only then the positive one. Now we can remove the battery; scrape the inside of the terminals with sandpaper to remove the oxide, then apply copper grease to the terminals of the new battery, insert the new battery, connect the positive terminal first and then the negative one. Put the support bar back in place, reassemble the battery cover starting from the side and then the cover, and the job is done.
