Injection control of Renault Megane II 1.5 DCi

In this video we can see that there is a malfunction in the injection system, which is reported under load (above 4,000 revolutions per minute), leading to the vehicle being blocked. The reason was a broken vacuum hose: as we can see, the vacuum hose, connected to the Wastegate valve, was damaged. This hose is critical for pressure control; if it breaks, it triggers the "injection control" warning. Since the original hose was not easily available, an alternative solution was used, with a pierced and readapted LPG nozzle, glued into the manifold to replace the hose, and then reposition the Wastegate correctly. In the future, it will be advisable to remove the engine block cover and check that the vacuum hose is in place, but it is recommended to replace it with its original piece as soon as it becomes available.
