Let's see how to remove the airbag from the steering wheel of the Renault Clio V: first, we need to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to avoid the risk of the airbag exploding in our face while we are working on it. After doing this, we need to get a thin screwdriver, which we will insert into the small hole located at the back of the steering wheel, at the top; this will allow us to release the retaining spring of the airbag and then lift it up, so we can also remove the large yellow connector with the help of our small screwdriver. If we need to remove the steering wheel, it will be sufficient to obtain a socket wrench of the appropriate diameter to unscrew the central screw.
