How to Replace a Leaking Brake Cylinder

Model: Renault Clio Clio 2, MK 2 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Brake drums and shoes

This video shows how to replace the cylinder located above the brake drum of a Renault Clio. After removing the affected wheel, use a ratchet to remove the cylinder that is leaking fluid. Since the fluid will have already soaked the entire braking system, wash all affected parts with a jet of water. Also, use a degreaser as shown. Now take a new cylinder and fit it exactly as the previous one. Finally, refit the drum and hub; as the last operation, top up the brake fluid.
