Using a suitable socket wrench, gently unscrew the oil filter and remove it from its seat. Replace the used cartridge with a new one. Lift the car using appropriate jacks and secure it with suitable supports to prevent it from falling.

Place a plastic sheet and an oil collection tray under the engine. Unscrew the oil drain plug on the sump and allow the oil to drain.

Close the oil drain plug, refit the oil filter, and top up with new oil. Do not dispose of used oil in the environment; take it to designated collection centres.

How to reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Kia Niro EV?

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Kia Niro EV, inflate the tyres until they reach the correct pressure value. This value is indicated on the sticker attached to the driver's door pillar. Once the tyres are inflated, turn on the instrument cluster to check that the warning light has completely disappeared from the display. If it is still present, you may need to drive for a few miles to ensure it disappears completely from the screen.
