Service Light Reset Instructions

If the service warning light remains illuminated on the instrument cluster, it means it's time for maintenance, either due to mileage or time elapsed. After performing the regular maintenance, including an oil change and replacing the oil filter (located on the side just behind the alternator), the service warning light reset is done manually using the trip reset button.

Insert the key card into the dashboard and press the ignition button without pressing the brake or clutch pedal, so the engine does not start but the dashboard lights up. At this point, you can reset the light by holding the trip reset button until the light starts to flash and then resets.
