In this tutorial, you will learn how to replace the starter motor in a Renault Trafic van, a straightforward task if you have good manual skills. First, ensure the engine is cool enough, then open the bonnet and remove the front grille. Next, undo all the indicated bolts, disconnect the various headlamp connectors, and remove the headlamps as well. Continue by removing the internal plastic frame, then disconnect the radiator and lift it just enough to finally access the starter motor. To remove it, simply disconnect the power terminals and undo the two fixing bolts.
