This video shows how to activate the daytime running lights setting on a Renault Megane II: notice that on the top of the lever to the right of the steering wheel, there are two buttons, and currently, the lights are set to "0". On the display, navigate to the settings menu by pressing the two buttons on the satellite of the lever to the right of the steering wheel until you reach the option for automatic dipped headlights, as shown in the video.

Tick this option so that it remains set, allowing the dipped headlights to turn on automatically when the vehicle starts, thus functioning as daytime running lights.

The tick is achieved by pressing both buttons together.
