Resolving a Starting Issue

Once you have confirmed that the issue of the car not starting is not due to one of the main causes such as the battery, starter motor, or alternator, proceed to analyse the electrical connections. If the cable going to the starter motor is broken due to corrosion, you can replace it by connecting a new one, attaching one end to the starter and the other to the alternator. Choose to connect to the alternator rather than directly to the battery because they are all interconnected, and this solution is more convenient and cleaner, especially since the new cable will cover a shorter distance.
