Seat Altea - Video tutorial

Model: Seat Altea MK 1 - Years 2004-2015
Part: Fuel pump
Operation: Where is the fuel pump relay located in the Seat Altea?

If the fuel pump of our Seat Altea has suddenly stopped working, we can first check the condition of the respective relay, whose position is indicated in this video. As shown, the relay is located in the box inside the cabin, behind the small door located in the lower area of the dashboard, on the driver's side. It is the first one in the top row, when looking at the box from the front. If it is faulty, make sure to replace it with an equivalent replacement and always operate with the vehicle turned off to avoid causing any damage.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
