Today, you will remove the steering wheel from a Smart 451, a task that requires some patience, time, and care. Follow all the steps I am about to describe.

Start by unscrewing the screw located at the back of the steering wheel; you will notice a small hole as shown in the video, and use a suitable key to unscrew it. After unscrewing the screw, remove the rear plastic cover from the steering wheel and pull it out. Now, disconnect the connectors carefully, and you are ready to pull the steering wheel outwards.

To reassemble it, simply reverse all the steps.
